They will own and implement Knowledge Management Practices by creating, updating, and deprecating work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. This role will handle escalations by Clients, junior and mid-level administrators and provides technical guidance as needed, interface with technology vendors to solve complex issues and participate in major incident calls and client meetings as a Subject Matter Expert.

Compucom Systems, Inc. provides end-to-end IT managed services to enable the digital workplace for enterprise, midsize and small businesses.  To enable our clients to focus on what matters most, we employ a customer-centric, hard-working, and talented group of people that Act Like an Owner, Do the Right Thing, and Have Fun Doing It!  We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst area to join our team.   The System Administrator II focuses on Windows, Unix, or Both operating systems, as well as basic interactions and management of established cloud technology back-ends such as AWS EC2, Azure Virtual Servers, Hyper-V, and VMWare Hybrid Architectures. Virtual Desktop and Application management and troubleshooting of complex issues highly desired but not required. Implement Security and Compliance patching activities for Server Equipment, thus ensuring the data and computing resources are secured and in stable condition.  Deploy packages and/or Patches through SCCM and/or WSUS to Server and/or Workstation target collections.
