    The IT Solutions Procurement Analyst reports to the Sr. Merchandising & Partner Manager.  Under general supervision the job primarily consists of supporting internal teams while actively supporting the overall procurement process while ensuring specific guidelines are met, while achieving overall business goals.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Actively manage the procurement process from order placement through receipt of products and subsequent payment of invoices
    • Negotiating pricing with distribution partners, while ensuring company financials goals are achieved
    • Must be able to understand, review, negotiate, and maintain various agreement types to include vendor agreements, individual purchase orders, blanket purchase agreements, basic ordering agreements, etc.
    • Maintain communication with suppliers during the course of procurements in order to ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with the requirements of the procurement documents. Establishes relationships with new suppliers and develops new supply sources.
    • Conducts complex negotiations with suppliers to obtain products at the best quantity and cost in order to ensure end-users needs are met; negotiates delivery, terms and conditions, and pricing.
    • Assisting with securing bids related to specific projects and partners
    • Solving delivery and order problems to expedite the receipt of goods, incorrect and incomplete shipments
    • Performing as key liaison between distribution channel and regional sales teams
    • Work collaboratively with the Vendor Management Team and the Regional Sales Team to complete vendor onboarding process
    • Work with Engineering, Project Management, and Support teams to understand and provide viable customized solutions that meet the customers’ need

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
    • Supply chain experience preferred
    • Knowledge with computer servers, networking, and hardware is preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Manage small projects with minimal supervision.
    • Results oriented with strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in office computer skills, entering, and retrieving data.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal and client service skills
    • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and show flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
    • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and client-service driven
