    The Account Manager is responsible for account administration and revenue growth for an existing portfolio of SMB ITaaS (IT as a Service) clients. The Account Manager develops key relationships within the account to ensure accurate and timely information flow, as well as exposure to value-added sales opportunities.

     

    Who You’ll Work With

    This position works closely with peers in Sales and Service Delivery roles to ensure smooth service transitions and overall customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Account Governance
      • Serves as client-facing point of contact
      • Responsible for overall client satisfaction for all CompuCom SMB services
      • Responsible for account planning and overall account governance (e.g. QBRs)
    • Contract and Opportunity Management
      • Sales accountability for RFI/RFP responses for renewals and adds/changes to existing business
    • Escalation Management
      • Serves as the point of contact for client-related account escalations
      • Works with Service Delivery to coordinate and manage delivery escalations and resolution efforts
      • Ensures Sales and Delivery leaders are informed of critical escalation issues

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience or education
    • 5+ years of technical account management experience, or a combination of sales and account management
    • Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering sales proposals
