Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing processes. Recommends and facilitates business improvement programs.
The Principal Consultant provides support on integrated projects as a principal consultant to customers. Assumes a proactive role in setting direction and definition. Directs development to ensure solutions are appropriate. The Principal Consultant provides executives, industry leaders, customer senior executives, and project managers with necessary assistance, guidance, and advice to ensure good practices in standard methodologies and processes. Typically has a broad base of knowledge and experience across multiple industries, products, and services. Utilizes strategic knowledge and experience to provide practical implementation techniques to ensure achievement of results on a large scale, long term program of change in a complex, diverse environment. Requires 10 or more years of related work experience and Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience desired in business analysis, consulting, organizational design, process re-engineering, or technology.
