    What You’ll Do

    The Marketing Director – Demand Generation will define the demand generation strategy to build pipeline and deliver highly engaged prospects to BDRs and sales. Strategically and tactically, the Marketing Director – Demand Generation will be responsible for optimizing marketing ROI by managing budget, determining the appropriate program mix, forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of demand generation.

     

    • Oversee overall demand generation strategy, programs and budget to acquire customers to support revenue goals.
    • Develop and deliver strategies and tactics for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns -- including events, trade shows, direct mail, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, website, display advertising, etc
    • Lead a team of demand generation managers and specialists dedicated to vertical-specific marketing, OEMs/Partners, and Marketing Campaigns.
    • Direct and lead events and trade shows program for CompuCom ensuring maximizing ROI and awareness.
    • Manage demand generation budget including monthly forecasts, ROI analysis, and recommendations for optimization
    • Lead OEM marketing campaign efforts to maximize partner investments in marketing programs and ROI utilizing MDF funds.
    • Present marketing pipeline dashboards including detailed analysis of program and channel results
    • Manage advertising agencies and spend for demand generation programs
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Technology Solutions, BDRs, Sales Ops

    Who You’ll Work With

     

    The Marketing Director will be part of the CompuCom Marketing Group 

    and you will build credible, highly collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, Hardware OEMs, Compucom Marketing Group, Sales and Product organizations to ensure effective marketing execution. 

     

    Who You Are

    The ideal candidate is a player-coach who not only executes in the trenches, but also coaches and develops an awesome demand generation team. Being analytical and data-driven is a must, you will leverage CRM, Marketing Automation and Analytics platforms to provide transparency and quantitative analysis on results.

    • 10+ years experience leading demand generation strategies including both inbound and outbound program in both B2B and technology.
    • MarTech stack experience including Marketing Automation, CRM and Analytics platforms and tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, DOMO.
    • Creative, innovative, adaptable, resourceful and results-oriented
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; postgraduate degree preferred
