    What You’ll Do

    In order to deliver our exceptional services, we need go-to technical experts to partner with our Outside Sales Representatives to provide solutions to our SMB customer’s needs.  That’s where you come in!

    Our Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer will be at the ground level of developing processes, procedures, technical documentation, architecture, and expertise for future and existing SMB customers.

     

    Who You’ll Work With

    As a TechServices Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in understanding a customer’s unique technology needs and executing a well-designed IT strategy. You’ll work with local small business owners, IT Managers, and key decision makers to sell the value of our unparalleled services and solutions.  Internally, you’ll work alongside Sales Reps to help build sales pipelines, evaluate, build, and communicate technical ideas and specifications into project plans.

     

    Who You Are

     

    Experienced

    • College degree or equivalent related experience.
    • Background supporting environments under 1000 users.
    • Currently have 8+ years of related IT experience.

    Influential

    • Comfortable interacting with business owners, technical resources, and managers.
    • Able to explain why the TechServices offerings and solutions will best suit customer’s needs.
    • Guide our Field Technicians to perform site network, equipment, installation and configuration, and break/fix repairs.

    Technical

    • Able to transform technical IT solutions lingo into terms everyone understands.
    • Well-versed in architecting / designing, troubleshooting, and repairing all network, hardware, and software related issues in an SMB environment.  
    • Industry certified with certs such as A+, Network+, Server+, CCNP, ACMT, MCSE and OEM certs from Dell, Lexmark, HP, Xerox, etc.

    Analytical

    • Directly align business operations and technical solutions to meet financial goals.
    • Ability to provide comprehensive technical design, equipment specs, and solutions proposals to meet customer’s needs.
    • Develop project plans and instruction set up to install, setup, and configure all accepted proposals.Help us build our legacy. Work with us on our newest and best IT service offering.
