A Business Development Representative (BDR) at CompuCom is a self-motivated and driven hunter for new business opportunities. A BDR must be focused on maintaining a consistent volume of outbound calls and emails to successfully achieve the goals of opening new relationships and finding new, valid pipeline. Our Staffing BDR will specifically focus their efforts in seeking new opportunities for Excell, a division of CompuCom to place medium and long term IT talent within our target accounts. A BDR must be skilled at time management, balancing focused call blocks, with call preparation and research and other administrative duties. A BDR must have excellent communication skills both over the phone and through email and other digital mediums. BDRs must be strong relationship builders, making strong value-based connections with field sellers, field sales leadership and marketing teams.
