- Work with identity lead to support operational and day to day ForgeRock activities, client integration and operation care and feeding.
- Lead client integration efforts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to interact with various levels of client representatives regarding Identity and Access Management integrations.
- Address technical concerns/questions from the customer on security and configuration areas related to ForgeRock.
- Ability to work independently and in a highly integrated and dynamic team environment
- Create, review and validate client discovery documentation.
- Collaborates with client technical teams in preparation for onboarding.
- Help create and execute the onboarding process.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems
- Must be willing to proactively learn and self-motivated.
- Excellent problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
Experience with mobility application packaging using Cordova a plus.
