    The Senior Project Manager leads the service transition and infrastructure projects with overall Integration Project Management Office. The scope of the role includes indirectly managing a team of functional experts around support of project services.  

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
    • Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals.
    • Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale.
    • Serve as primary point of contact with for CompuCom within the client environment

    Qualifications

    Candidates should have worked in multiple functions and have at least 5 years’ applicable experience, including managing various projects of increasing responsibility, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, plus:

    • Proven success at influencing and leading resources across multiple functions, workgroups, and management levels
    • Knowledge of IT Services and/or Retail
    • Demonstrated excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills
    • Ability to formulate the big picture while working on project details
    • A tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility to changing projects and priorities
