Product Sales Analyst – Job Description
Provides day to day account interaction and order processing services for the customer, and monitors customer problems to ensure that they are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgement and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
The Analyst Level should have 2 or more years of related product support experience. Industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software required. Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills. Must be customer satisfaction oriented. An Associate’s degree is preferred.
