    CompuCom is hiring an IT Supervisor in the Minneapolis area!

     

    IT Supervisor provides leadership to Team Leads and Individual Contributors ensuring that team members continually meet or exceed targeted goals. Responsible for resource capacity management, project timetables, systems training, problem resolution, and client interaction. Assists in the preparation and delivery of service presentations, statements of work, and proposals. Has financial responsibility for the operations assigned. Refines performance through training of professional resources, personnel development, Continual Service Improvement (CSI) audits, and procedure improvements in order to drive increased efficiencies and reduce client costs. Must possess strong leadership skills.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Responsible for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for assigned workload.
    • Responsible for meeting or exceeding contracted service level agreements.
    • Prepare and present monthly status reports for customer presentations.
    • Schedules projects and manager resources covering 7x24 client requirements.
    • Works closely with Team Leads to manage, aged calls, SLA, inventory, and real time updates.
    • Provides feedback to leadership on performance of assigned staff and on-going efforts.
    • Assists in budget development for assigned area and continual monitoring for financial compliance
    • Serves as a subject matter expert on all Service Management activities and operations.
    • Manages any personnel or discipline issues that may arise. Controls hiring and terminations as needed.
    • Reviews and approves all personnel administrative duties, such as weekly time keeping, vacation scheduling, performance evaluations, annual reviews, etc. Provides training, coaching, and counseling to subordinates for continuous improvement.
    • Critical abilities in Organizational Ability, Superior Written and Verbal Communication, Ability to Adapt, Responsiveness, Sound Judgement & Active Listening Skills, Leadership Ability, Ability to Multi-Task, & Comfortable Working under Pressure
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Requires 3-5 years of related work experience and Bachelor’s degree, technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous management experience is desirable. Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills required. Strong in both MS office suite and Google suite applications.
