The Tech-Zone Technologist Sales Associate (TSA) will possess a strong understanding of customer relationship building and consultative sales. The primary focus of this role is to understand a variety of technology products and services to create offerings for customers that are aimed at making both home and business office users more successful. The TSA is a subject matter expert for Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Home customers, and the conduit to selling Managed Service Products (MPS) and Device Managed Service (DMS) within the Office Depot Tech Zone (TZ). The TSA will directly recommend and sell both in-store and in-office services and solutions to small and medium businesses and customers inside of a retail store. The TSA will work closely with the outside sales team by referring more complex business solutions and services to this sales team. TSAs will also assist walk-in customers with technical issues by diagnosing issues and partnering with a remote services team. The TSA is responsible for complete Solution Selling Experience offering SaaS, DaaS, MSP, Cyber Security, and more.
