    Seeking an Implementation Quality Specialist!


    Responsible for Day 1 operations for new clients, existing changes to clients agreements, and on boarding new devices into monitoring. Candidate needs a strong understanding of IT infrastructure environments and knowledge in different technical areas specific to Network, Server, Storage and Security.  
    Responsible for reporting out progress to executive level associates. 
    Responsible for ensuring the customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables. Ensures good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used to deliver integrated solutions. Performs in a consultant role to define and develop required project deliverables. Assigns and monitors work of systems analysis and staff, providing technical support and direction.
    This position creates project plans, estimates and request resources, and provides all project management functions. Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for control, integration, and completion of projects. Prepares status reports, assures timeline compliance, assesses risks, and recommends solutions. Provides direction to project team members and appropriate communications to customers. 


    Requires 6-10 years of related work experience, or Bachelor’s degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience desired in various types of projects. Project Management education and certification desired.
