What You’ll Do


You will be responsible for successfully onboarding of new Accounts or large scale customer projects across our Supply Chain organization. As the end to end Project coordinator, you will take ownership and drive actions to ensure all customer requirements are identified and implemented operationally ahead of the project Go-Live date. This includes managing communications between the Sales team and Operations, calling out risks to the deployment timeline and working with the Solutions team on any project scope creep. Depending on the requirements, you will be working with all of our operation centers, Depot, Enterprise Service Support, and End Point Management to help drive our SLA metrics and ensure all shipments and service offerings meet or exceed the requirements of our customers


In short, you will own driving the critical process of successfully onboarding accounts and providing our customers with a great customer experience in the most efficient way possible!

As a CompuCom team member, you’ll play a crucial role in working with all organizations across Supply Chain, ensuring deal requirements are understood, proactively identifying gaps within their service processes, and driving actions to improve them. You’ll work to create the ideal experience that any customer would seek to encounter. You’ll be the face of our customer and Sales team into Supply Chain, and the leader in developing a world class experience for our customers.


Who You Are

  • 2- 3 years of related work experience within Customer Service, Project Management and/or Account Management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Strong MS office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Solid experience and/or understanding of IT services and products
  • Ability to drive actions!
  • Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
  • Entrepreneurial – Be creative and problem solve
  • Go to person for internal and external partners
  • Strong-willed with impeccable follow-through to see actions through until they are completed
  • Will attempt to connect to anyone they meet, no matter how difficult
  • Go - Getter
