Seeking a HIRO Administrator for a Full Time position in Canada. Preference given to local candidates but open to remote in Canada as well.


To maintain a sound knowledge and understanding of current methodologies, technologies, services and tools

Ensure OLA’s and SLA’s of third party supplier agreements are in alignments with and capable of delivering services within contracted timeframes

Responsible for overseeing the development of Automation tools and technologies

Actively participate in Agile scrum meetings and development process as a product owner

Support the operational process owners and ensure process functionality and delivery

Form strong relationships with the Business teams, building an understanding of Customer Requirements and business drivers

Assist in the development of progress reporting for executive status of current development projects

Provide input and direction for architecture and design of all Automation related technologies and software.



Must have:

3+ years experience managing Automation solutions in an enterprise

Knowledge and experience of Ansible

Knowledge of management protocols and log information (SNMP, SYSLOG)

Knowledge of Perl

Working Knowledge of Linux

Knowledge of scripting languages (xml, YAML, Powershell, etc...)

Knowledge of SSH, WinRM

Asset to have

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience preferred

Background in Robotic Process automation and/or Artificial Intelligence.

Knowledge of Java and other programming languages

Knowledge of Other Automation tools

Knowledge and experience using Agile Development concepts and tools

Knowledge of JIRA development framework

Knowledge of Arago, HIRO automation Software

ITIL V3 Foundation Certified preferred

Knowledge of AWS/Google Cloud Platform
