CompuCom is looking for an Inside Sales Support Analyst to support our Shared Services Center in Charlotte NC!

This role will include management
of all forecasting activity, customer interaction on calls and via email, working across functional areas in response to customer inquiries and some backlog management. In addition, will be responsible for working with account execs and sales teams in supporting all customer support interactions and manually supporting unique reporting requests and requirements. Will be accountable for forecasting activity as well as management of inventory. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable ​judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel.







  • Reviews customer requests and determines product availability. Suggests solutions to customer requests and communicates discontinued products and available substitutions.

  • Primary point of contact for Client Escalations and interdepartmental liaison for issue resolution. 

  • Communicates pertinent activities to the Account Executive, including quotes, orders, and open issues. Serves as the primary point of contact for Account Executives, customers, and vendors.

  • Works with other departments and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of products and services to the customer.

  • Forecasts client product needs to ensure available stock and procurement of equipment. 

  • Offers cross-sell/upsell opportunities to clients when opportunities are available.CompuCom clients and associates



  • AA degree in Business Administration or related course work preferred.
  • Industry or IT environment experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Inside Sales Support, related Product Service or Client Service desired
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software required including MS Office and/or G Suite. Familiar with CRM tools eg. Salesforce and order entry systems.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be customer satisfaction oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
