What You’ll Do
The Segment Marketing Manager for CompuCom’s Retail Vertical will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and demand generation tactics that supports the revenue growth targets of the retail group.  
You'll be responsible for developing a digitally-focused marketing strategy, driving broader awareness of CompuCom’s Retail solutions among key existing accounts and new logo targets, creating innovative campaigns in conjunction with the corporate marketing team that drives demonstrable increases in new opportunities. You will interact with key stakeholders from marketing, sales and product management to drive customer-centric campaigns, manage event participation and execute messaging that will accelerate the buyer journey and pipeline. You will monitor, manage and report on content efficacy, prospect & campaign results and overall marketing impact to management and stakeholders. 

Who You’ll Work With
The Segment Marketing Manager will be part of the CompuCom Corporate Marketing Group and align directly with the Retail vertical sales team.  As the dedicated marketing resource for support of our retail operations, you will partner with our retail sales leaders to directly support the marketing and sales growth of that vertical, while being part of the larger corporate marketing team. 

Who You Are

  • Experienced
    • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years B-to-B marketing experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
    • Demonstrated experience in lead generation to the retail market
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability and desire to work in a corporate setting
    • Enthusiastic self-starter that takes initiative on creative strategies and marketing plan development
  • Innovative
    • Ability to think creatively and present concepts to clients and team members
    • Experience in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
    • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within tight deadlines
    • History planning and executing one of a kind marketing events 
  • Digital / Technically Minded
    • Experience with digital marketing strategies SEO, social, & retargeting
    • Prefer Hubspot experience/certification
    • Proficiency with Google Slides/MS Powerpoint, Google Sheets/MS Excel
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent written skills for a variety of content creation including: emails, blogs, news, PR releases, scripts and sales enablement materials
    • Editing capability for more technical pieces created by Subject Matter Experts; POV, whitepaper, executive brief, eBooks.
    • Strong oral communication skills to conduct meetings and give presentations to internal and external audiences
